Convening quarterly, the Flexible Fund Panel (FFP) includes members of the Core Management Team and a broad set of stakeholders from across the UK. The panel requires a quorum of at least seven members and exists to oversee the awarding of funds from the Flexible Fund, facilitating the allocation of resources to maximise project impact and address emerging challenges. The panel works through a transparent decision-making process based on the project’s strategic objectives, incorporating stakeholder feedback and facilitating collaboration between MInDS and other national initiatives (such as the KE Hub, INI, and ICMS) to guide the long-term vision of the network beyond the lifetime of the grant. The panel is chaired by Dr Karen Cairns (Queen’s University Belfast).
