Caroline is a member of the MInDS Core Management Team. As one of the grant’s Co-Leads, Caroline has responsibility (alongside Hajnal Farkas) for operational and financial management of the project, overseeing the coordination of InRA activity, managing relationships with partners and delivering on key work packages for capacity building and training. Caroline also supports the MInDS ED&I InRA Champion, Kat Phillips (Warwick), in providing the project team with support and advice on EDI matters, ensuring that EDI principles are embedded across all sandpits, career development activities, networking events, and stakeholder engagement.
