Iain is one of three Innovation Research Associates on the MInDS Core Management Team. The Innovation Research Associates are key contributors to the outreach and EDI activities of the network, helping to deliver training, networking events, and other outreach activities as well as supporting and mentoring institutions who are applying for funding from the Flexible Fund. The involvement of Innovation Research Associates is key to ensuring that the voices and views of the wider InRA community are championed as the network grows and matures.
