Karen is a member of the MInDS Core Management Team and Chair of the Flexible Fund Panel. Karen is responsible for ensuring that the Flexible Fund is distributed fairly and transparently to support InRA growth across the UK. As a Co-Lead on the grant, Karen also plays a key role in supporting engagement with government, industry, and public bodies, facilitating discussions on RTP career development and related policy matters.
